*Missed a Vintage Amethyst Parcel?*

Placed an order with Vintage Amethyst & then missed the post?
Not to worry!!!

Vintage Amethyst parcels are sent by The Royal Mail or Parcel Force for the largest of parcels.
When you place your order you can have it delivered to an alternative address ~ so just click this option at the checkout stage.

BUT ...
The Royal Mail changed their policy last year & so please be aware that if you want to get it sent to a friend or family member you will have to put their name on the order as if by chance they are out & then go to pick it up for you The Royal Mail now ask for ID which means that if you put it in your name & their address they won't have the right ID for that & The Royal Mail won't give them the parcel & it will be sent back to us!!!

So if you are ordering from outside the UK to a friend or family member please remember to put their name as the contact name for their address & not your own.
Vintage Amethyst parcels always state they are from Vintage Amethyst in the return address section so let them know in case you don't want them opening it!!!

BUT ...
If you are out when a parcel arrives you can arrange to have it re-delivered at a time better suited to you!
You can arrange this simply online at The Royal Mail's website for FREE!
Plus you can choose to have it delivered to your own address or another address.
You can find this feature

So unless you are from outside the UK & are getting your order sent to a friend or family member your better option may be latter option & just get it posted to you & then re-arrange a delivery if you are out.

Of course a number of you get it posted to your place of work as you know someone will be there to accept it, so if you too want to do this, again just pop your work address in the delivery address.

If you get a parcel posted via ParcelForce you can read their terms of redelivery

I hope this helps a little when ordering from Vintage Amethyst ...
