Just when I thought the days were getting brighter & warmer & I was looking forward to Spring, a cold snap appears!!!
It is rather chilly isn't it?
Have you had snow?
We had snow over the weekend & although I love snow, I had got into the mindset that Winter was over as it has been such a mild Winter & the days seemed so bright, mild & hinting that Spring wasn't too far away!
I feel all out of sorts now, all I want to do is hibernate. I want to drink hot chocolate with marshmallows & curl up on the sofa & watch magical films!

I'm chilly all the time!
The buisness premises are ridiculously cold (I've been looking lovely lately believe me) & the boutique is *so* busy at the moment that I'm working weekends too!
On Sunday I looked quite the sight! I had my stripy wellies on, a big long cardigan over my already thick clothes, a scarf wrapped around my neck, a knitted grey berret with sequins on & as I needed to get some signs & letters done ~ my painting apron too!!! Lovely!
Yesterday I even attempted fingerless gloves but gave up on them pretty quickly as it made wrapping items mighty hard!!!
James has been wearing thermal Long Johns for months now but we won't go into that!

Oh snow, I do love you but it would have been lovely if you had been here just before Christmas ~ now I want the wonder that is Spring to arrive & warm us all up & fill us with life!
Do hurry Spring ~ please.
