Hello everyone.
First of all I would like to thank each & everyone one of you who left such sweet messages about losing my precious niece, I appreciated each one & the kindness you gave me.
The funeral took place yesterday & was of course such a terribly sad day.
We have lost so much as a family over the last few months & to think that a beautiful young lady can just be lost so quickly & without reason turns life upside down.
The doctors have no answers as to why it happened & so we only know that we have lost her but we have no reason why, so please cherish each & every one of your loved ones every day as we never know when they will be taken from us.

Thank you so much again everyone for all your kindness, today I am getting back to work, it seems so trivial but we must go on even if it is with unbelievable sadness in our heart.

I hope that there is some small comfort from work. You just need to take each day as it comes.

Very glad to see you back here, Alison, even though your heart is aching. I'm so terribly sorry about all the loss you're had to deal with this year. And to have no answers regarding your niece--how hard to move past that, with no reason, no answer, no closure to tie to. You are brave. May work soothe, and each day bring you more joy again. I have been wondering about you, and how all your family were coping with this terrible, tragic loss.
ReplyDeleteIt is particularly hard when there is no medical reason... almost like a cot death. Our hearts go out to you all as you struggle to come to terms with it.
Good to see you back here, even though you have returned to work with such a heavy heart. I do hope you and your family can find some peace of mind soon, bless you all xx
I have been thinking about you such a lot. It's now a month since my mum died and I knew she would die so I cannot even begin to imagine what you and your family are going through especially to not have an answer as to 'Why?' either.

It is hard enough dealing with the loss of a loved one but when you have shock and no answers on top it is just too much to take,
