Last month Vintage Amethyst appeared in the lovely home magazine that is
Country Homes & Interiors.
Country Homes & Interiors.
You may remember me blogging about being asked to feature in this post *here*

Well Vintage Amethyst's Vintage Style Birdcage appeared in their 'Looks we Love Birds of Paradise' feature. You can see the birdcage in the feature above.
I must say though that the photo was a really odd colouring & the birdcage didn't look white at all, which it most certainly is!!! They even got the colour wrong in the write up & called it silver!!!!

It isn't silver it is definitely white as I'm sure you can see from my photos!
Anyhoo it was fab to be featured in the Country Homes & Interiors Birds of Paradise photoshoot.

These really pretty Vintage Style Birdcages are so so popular & much loved by brides for their wedding day decor too, they are only £24 each & can be found *here*
They look really adorable with one of the pretty rose garlands that I sell too as the first photo shows, & this would be really pretty for wedding tables.
The garlands are only £10 each & the pretty pink ones can be found *here* & the ivory rose garlands can be found *here*

They of course look super adorable simply by themselves ...

Hello Alison
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being published. Strange that the colours are not quite right, but I wouldn't have known that if you hadn't said. It makes me wonder how real other images are that we see in magazines.
Anyway, I prefer your own picture and the white colour. I could also imagine a pretty pot rose or a candle in it.

Hi Anna
ReplyDeleteI know it really does make you think! I couldn't believe the colour change when I opened the magazine!!!
Oh the birdcages are so perfect for a pretty pot or candle.

Congrats on the feature!
ReplyDeleteI love these cages, I wish I had somewhere to put one...actually it might hang well from a ceiling... might have to have a think about that as I really want one :)

My friend loves birds so she is planning on a birds/birdcage theme for her wedding,

Publishing can be a bit hit & miss at times but it must be such a thrill to be there. I purchased one of your rose garlands and it's even more beautiful 'in the flesh'!!
