Seeing as the weather here is grey & horrid today ~ has Autumn arrived early I'm asking myself??? ~ I thought I would post a few beachy photos & remember summer days!
I just love these urchins above, they were in a tub by the sea in St Mawes when we were there in June, you could just leave 50p & take one home with you. I love how they photographed.
A solitary seagull sitting on a cliff-side at Newquay.
Some of the lovely boats at Rock, such a pretty place.
The waves coming in at Newquay.

A finally a photo of St Mawes as we took the ferry over to Falmouth.

hope you get a chance to come to my Beach Party...if you do, please let me know you were there, by leaving a comment.
I remember the souvenir shops being full of sea urchins when we travelled down West during my childhood years. I also remember putting shells to our ears and listening to the sound of the sea. I never get tired of seaside theme photos, especially of Cornwall. x

ReplyDeleteLovely photos and summer seems so long ago now. I have scrolled back to your post on Cornwall as I seem to have missed it. I love Rock and the stunning views from the cliffs walking from Daymer Bay to Polzeath. My mother has a holiday caravan at St Minver so I visit there quite often. Looking forward to the blog about the BBC.
