As I was flicking through my flickr photos, I thought of the idea of choosing a page number & photo number & whatever that photo was posting it on the blog in the spirit of randomness ~ so I chose page number 7 & photo number 7 & this was it!
'To Tea Gardens'
This sign is found in the wonderfully beautiful Cockington Village, Devon on the gate of a pink house which is also has a lovely Tea Gardens. I took it last year when we visited in early Autumn. Of course we went to the tea gardens and had a cream tea sat outside in the late summer sun ...
What a fun idea! Random photos... I really miss tea shops, let alone tea gardens, in France. We love to walk in the summer, but what's a day's walk if it isn't punctuated by a tea stop and/or finished in a pub?
ReplyDeletenice idea! I'll be looking out for the next in the series! ;)

What fun! Funnily enough, I've been there too for tea. Such a pretty place - a real chocolate box village!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to take a trip down the garden for a cream tea.
