*Emma Bridgewater ~ Garden Open Day*

Photo taken in York (I do love tea signs!!!!)

Wickmere Old Rectory Garden Open Saturday 21st June 2008 3 - 6pm

Emma Bridgewater and her husband Matthew Rice are opening the garden of Wickmere Old Rectory for the first time this Saturday.
They are doing it to raise funds for a church and the cost is £5 per adult, children are free and this includes tea served on the veranda from Emma Bridgewater pottery. (Of course!)

How fab is this!?! I wish I was nearby to pop along, I would just love that!!!
Now if any of you ladies are lucky enough to live nearby, please go along for me and I want to know all about it and see lots of lovely photos, ok?

To read more about and to get the directions visit the Emma Bridgewater website *here*

  6. Hello Alison
Oh dear I always seem to arrive late in the day!
I would love to have gone to this open garden but I have no idea where it is? Considering how awful the weather was on Midsummer's Day.. I hope that they did well..
I am a big fan of Emma Bridgewater's Polka dot pottery and have a small collection of it but am too afraid to use in in case I break it as I am pretty clumsy at times!
